This Buyer Protection Policy outlines how Tafit Auction supports buyers when issues arise during transactions.
Tafit operates as a marketplace intermediary, and this policy does not replace user responsibility.
2. MARKETPLACE ROLE
Tafit Tech Limited:
- Does NOT own listed items
- Is NOT the seller in transactions
- Does NOT guarantee outcomes
All purchases are made directly between Buyer and Seller.
3. WHEN BUYER PROTECTION APPLIES
Tafit may review buyer complaints in the following situations:
- Item not received and no proof of shipment provided
- Item significantly different from listing description
- Verified payment or platform error
All claims must include clear supporting evidence.
4. WHAT TAFIT WILL DO
Tafit may:
- Review submitted evidence
- Contact the seller
- Assist in communication between parties
- Recommend a resolution
5. WHAT TAFIT DOES NOT GUARANTEE
Tafit does NOT guarantee:
- Refunds
- Replacements
- Seller compliance
- Transaction outcomes
6. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyers must:
- Review listings carefully before bidding
- Ask questions before placing bids
- Complete payment after winning
- Arrange delivery or collection
Failure to follow these steps may void protection.
7. TIMEFRAME FOR CLAIMS
All claims must be submitted within:
3 business days of payment or delivery issue
Late claims may not be reviewed.
8. FRAUD & ABUSE
False claims may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of platform access
9. FINAL DECISION
All decisions made by Tafit Tech Limited are:
- Final
- Based on available evidence
- Made at Tafit’s sole discretion
