1. GENERAL POLICY
Tafit Auction operates as a digital marketplace intermediary.
All auction transactions are final and binding between buyers and sellers.
Tafit Tech Limited does NOT guarantee refunds.
Refunds may be considered only under limited and exceptional circumstances.
2. ELIGIBLE CASES (STRICT CONDITIONS)
A refund request may be reviewed ONLY if:
- The item was not delivered AND no valid proof of shipment is provided
- The item is materially different from the listing description (clear evidence required)
- A verified platform or payment processing error occurred
All claims must be supported with verifiable evidence.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after bidding
- Incorrect bids or bidding mistakes
- Buyer dissatisfaction where item matches description
- Delays caused by courier or third-party logistics
- Failure of buyer to arrange collection
- Listings marked “final sale”
4. MARKETPLACE LIABILITY LIMITATION (CRITICAL)
Tafit Tech Limited:
- Is NOT the seller of listed items
- Does NOT guarantee seller performance
- Is NOT responsible for delivery, item condition, or disputes
All transactions are between Buyer and Seller.
5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a review:
- Email: [email protected]
- Within 3 business days of transaction
Include:
- Listing ID or title
- Payment confirmation
- Supporting evidence (photos, messages, etc.)
Incomplete requests will not be processed.
6. DISPUTE HANDLING
Tafit may assist in dispute resolution at its sole discretion.
Tafit is NOT obligated to:
- Enforce refunds
- Mediate disputes
- Compensate users
Final responsibility lies with Buyer and Seller.
7. RETURN CONDITIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
If a return is approved:
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Item must be returned in original condition
- Tracked shipping is required
Tafit is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
8. TOKEN & CREDIT TRANSACTIONS
All TFT and credit purchases are non-refundable.
Approved refunds (if any) may be issued as:
- Platform credits only
9. FINAL DECISION
All refund decisions are made solely by Tafit Tech Limited.
Decisions are:
- Final
- Non-negotiable
