1. MARKETPLACE NATURE (CRITICAL)
Tafit Auction operates as an online marketplace intermediary.
Tafit Tech Limited:
- Does NOT own or store listed items
- Is NOT the seller of goods
- Does NOT manage physical inventory
All transactions occur directly between Buyers and Sellers.
2. GENERAL POLICY
All auction transactions are final and binding.
Returns and refunds are NOT guaranteed.
Any return or refund request is subject to review under limited conditions.
3. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REVIEW
A refund or return request may be considered ONLY if:
- The item was not delivered AND no valid proof of shipment exists
- The item is materially different from the listing description
- A verified platform or payment processing error occurred
All claims must be supported with clear evidence.
4. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind after bidding
- Incorrect bids or buyer error
- Items that match the listing description
- Delays caused by shipping providers
- Failure to arrange collection
- Listings marked as “final sale”
5. RETURN PROCESS (IF APPROVED)
If a return is approved:
- The return is arranged directly between Buyer and Seller
- The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- The item must be returned in original condition
- Tracked shipping is recommended
Tafit Tech Limited is NOT responsible for returned items.
6. REFUND PROCESS
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued at Tafit’s discretion
- Refunds may be processed as:
- Original payment method, OR
- Platform credit (TFT), depending on circumstances
Processing time: 7–10 business days
7. REQUESTING A REVIEW
To request a refund or return review:

Include:
- Listing ID or title
- Proof of payment
- Supporting evidence (photos, messages, etc.)
Incomplete requests will not be processed.
8. SELLER RESPONSIBILITY
Sellers are responsible for:
- Accurate listing descriptions
- Item condition
- Delivery and fulfillment
All disputes primarily exist between Buyer and Seller.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CRITICAL)
Tafit Tech Limited is NOT liable for:
- Item condition
- Delivery issues
- Seller misconduct
- Buyer dissatisfaction
Maximum liability is limited to:
Fees paid to Tafit only
10. FINAL DECISION
All decisions made by Tafit Tech Limited are:
- Final
- Based on available evidence
- At Tafit’s sole discretion
