1. Interpretation & Definitions
- Company refers to Tafit Tech Limited, LP#51 Toolsie Trace, St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago.
- Service refers to the Tafit Auction website: https://tafitauction.com
- User / You refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
- TFT refers to Tafit Utility Token used for platform credits and features.
- TTD refers to Tafit Treasury Token used as a pricing reference.
2. Platform Role
Tafit Tech Limited operates strictly as an online marketplace intermediary.
Tafit does NOT:
– Own listed items
– Act as buyer or seller
– Guarantee transactions
All transactions occur directly between Users.

No Refunds
All auctions are final. Tafit does not guarantee refunds.
Limitation of Liability
Tafit is not responsible for disputes, delivery issues, or user misconduct.
